All our products are handmade, and hand-packaged therefore we do not offer returns or exchanges.
We try our best to describe our products as accurately as possible and we have fully listed all the ingredients. We want to make sure that you are aware of what you are purchasing, so please take this into consideration.
Our ingredients are purchased as raw materials, therefore it is normal if there is a slight difference of color between batches. This is the natural result of when (time of year) and where (location) the raw material(s) was harvested or seasonal changes, resulting in temperature changes and other variables. This does not affect the quality of the product or the properties it may possess.
WE WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND FOR THESE REASONS
- If the product does not work to your liking
- You are not satisfied with the texture or smell
- If you are allergic any of the ingredients
- Any other reason for dislike
WE DO ACCEPT REFUNDS FOR THESE REASONS
- Product is out of stock
- If we made an error on your order
- Sold you a product (without your knowledge) that is less than six months of its expiration date.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before you decide to purchase from us make sure that you have read the ingredients and agree with our price. We have provided a brief summary of each product and have described it as accurately as possible. We do accept cancellations if you cancel within 24 hours or before your order has shipped.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
LaVon Naturals products are made in small batches and may not always be available for purchase. If at any instance you have purchased an out of stock before we listed it as so, you will be notified. Please tell us how you wish this to be handled. You could wait until it becomes available, trade it for something of equal value, ask for store credit or get a full refund.
